It’s very sentimental browsing the archive of this tumblr. More than 2 years ago I began posting images, videos and works to express myself. Each post was a part of my past, a moment in time to be shared with the internet.
I was quite emotionally immature back then, and even had a vague impression that by posting certain things, it would attract the attention of particular people....

Tips for Practicing Mindfulness
An easy way to remember how to be mindful in the course of a busy day or when you are worried, angry, or uncomfortable is to STOP:
